Our fourth-annual Homewood Grown was held on Thursday, April 20, 2017 on the Terrace at SoHo Square. The night was a true celebration of our schools and our community. The event included a seated dinner and live music. Our speakers were Tim Simpson, Dr. Alison Grizzle and Rebecca Riley. They did a great job of getting to the heart of what it truly means to be Homewood Grown! In addition, we awarded the 2017 Teacher Impact Awards to five very deserving educators. Keith Brown (HHS), Molly Knudsen (HMS), Genie Christian (SCE), Mary Thomas (EE) and Linda Klopack (HKE) were this years recipients. They will each receive a $500 stipend to go towards classroom materials or professional development.
